Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: All orders of in-stock products are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of receipt.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable for returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• International Shipping: Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. DUE TO THE EU’S GPSR REQUIREMENTS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO LEGALLY SELL PRODUCTS TO ANY COUNTRIES GOVERNED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition.
• The return request must be made within seven days of receiving the product.
• Returns will be processed only for products purchased directly from our website.

Please note: We may not accept returns for products with cosmetic damage or defects that are a result of customer misuse or mishandling.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

Warranty

Our products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. 

Our products are built to be durable and are easily repaired if required.  If your product needs repair within or outside the warranty period, please contact us.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. We do not assume any responsibility for damage to property, injury, or any other losses resulting from the use of our products.
